Die TSC Real Estate Germany GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin bietet ganzheitliches Immobilien Management und ist Experte für Sozial
- und Gesundheitsimmobilien, aber auch für Wohn-, Gewerbe
- und gemischt genutzte Immobilien. Mit eigenen Teams betreut das Unternehmen Investitionen über den gesamten Investitions
- und Lebenszyklus hinweg.
Wir fungieren als strategischer und operativer Partner für unterschiedliche deutsche und internationale Investoren und erbringen immobilienwirtschaftliche Dienstleistungen von der Akquisition, über die Finanzierung und das Management bis hin zum Verkauf.
Um dem wachsenden Managementvolumen gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung für unser Technical Project Management Team im Herzen von Berlin.

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE
- Unterstützung bei der technischen Bewirtschaftung der Bestandsimmobilien
- (i.d.R. Seniorenresidenzen)
- Anforderung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von laufender und durchgeführter Instandhaltung durch Dritte/ Dienstleister in Bestandsimmobilien
- Kontrolle, Verarbeitung sowie Dokumentation von Versicherungspolicen
- Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden
- Kommunikation mit Betreibern der Bestandsimmobilien zu Instandhaltung und Versicherungsthemen
- Zuarbeit zu Quartalsreportings für ausländische Fondgesellschaften
- Unterstützung des Technischen Teams in Bezug auf Auswertung und Controlling

IHR PROFIL
- Evtl. Technische Ausbildung oder technisch
- kaufmännische Ausbildungen oder Studiengänge
- Erste Erfahrung im Rahmen des technischen Managements von Bestandsimmobilien (Instandhaltung und -setzung)
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in relevanten EDV- und Management-Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS-Project etc.)
- Konzeptionelle Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Handeln, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Kreativität
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Englische Sprache in zum umgangssprachlichen Gebrauch in Wort und Schrift
