**Director of Operations (M/F/d)**

As the leader of our Operations teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing Moonfare's Fund Administration & Fund Operations strategy. We are looking for someone who has the capacity to drive towards Moonfare's strategic vision whilst managing & advancing the day to day of the operations function. Combining process refinement, scalability and team leadership you'll be responsible for a vertical that is key to Moonfare's growth plans.

**You will**:

- Develop and execute Moonfare's Fund Administration & Fund Operations strategy Working closely with our Fund Administrators you will ensure our tech, processes and team are at the highest standard possible.
- Build a client-first mentality driving high client satisfaction
- Lead and develop Moonfare's Fund Operations and AML/KYC teams
- Refine processes internally across AML/KYC and Fund Operations as well as cross functional teams and externally with our service providers.
- Work on major projects including, rolling out a new distribution feature, rolling out a new reporting feature for

**The next Moonfarian**:

- Has 10+ years of Operations experience- A background in fintech or regulated environment is a +
- Has a track record of building and motivating exceptional teams
- Has a deep understanding of operational workflows and process improvement
- Has exceptional project management skills and structured methodology
- Has an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Is experienced in change management and has a high level of maturity in decision-making
- Has great creative problem-solving skills and has the ability to simplify complex concepts and problems
- Is experienced in financial planning and budget management
- Has exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English
