What you’ll do & Who you are
What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead the Sales Academy, creating and delivering innovative training programs tailored to the needs of our sales teams.- Design onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the team.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to align training content with business objectives and market strategies.- Drive continuous learning by introducing advanced sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and technology enablement.- Implement performance measurement systems to track the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance.- Act as a coach and mentor for sales staff, supporting their professional growth and development.- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the Sales Academy remains cutting-edge and relevant.- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and proactively address them through targeted training initiatives.
Who you are:
- Several years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a similar leadership role within a sales organization.- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful training and development programs.- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and performance metrics.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.- Experience with modern sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales enablement platforms).- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of training initiatives.- Passion for developing talent and driving team success.- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
