We are seeking a motivated
Sales & Business Development Executive
to drive growth and build strong relationships with healthcare clients across Berlin, Dubai and the UAE. This role involves direct client engagement, converting inbound and outbound sales leads, participating in on-site meetings and demos, and helping shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Conduct client meetings and on-site visits to present our solutions and understand client needs
  • Convert sales leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve products and services
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and pipeline updates to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the health tech, medtech, or SaaS sectors
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet KPIs in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Willingness to travel across the region for on-site client engagements
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
