- This position is a great opportunity for a motivated student looking to gain valuable experience in the tech industry and develop skills in business process management as a- Business Process Management (BPM) Working Student (M/F/d).- As a working student, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, receive training in BPM methodologies, and contribute to projects that impact our organization's success.- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our business processes.- Key Tasks:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions-
- Analyze and document business processes across various departments
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements
- Create process maps and workflows to support process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes-
- Monitor and report on process performance to ensure ongoing effectiveness- Requirements:- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of BPM concepts and tools such as process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies-
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other process automation tools
- Fluency in English and German is required-
