The **Seller Success Product Team **strives to make AutoScout24 the best place for car dealers and private sellers to reach customers and help them to manage, grow and scale their business with us.
As a **Working Student in our Product Management team**, you will closely work with our Product Managers to build best-in-class experiences for our Private Sellers and Dealers. Together with our experienced team, you will work on improving existing features as well as planning new features - while always keeping an eye on customer feedback, the market, and recent trends.
**What you'll do**
- Help with the vision as well as business goals for **Private Seller Experience**:
- Assist in the end-to-end product management process in a cross-functional team
- Take over your own projects from day one and support us on roadmap planning, feature development, and testing
- Support product discovery by collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data working closely with UX and Product Analytics
- Support product delivery by translating product requirements into epics and user stories and work with engineering teams on the execution
- Track and analyze product metrics and derive recommendations how to improve our existing product portfolio
- Support the compliance of company product management methods and tools
**What you should bring**
- Currently enrolled in a university degree with a specialization in business, marketing, or information technology
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital innovations, technology and working in an agile and dynamic international team
- Ability to effectively communicate with professionals across different teams, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Availability for a minimum duration of 12 months as a working student
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
**Nice to Haves**
- Experience or familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and MicroStrategy is a plus
- First experience in Product Management
