Tasks

As a working student in our People and Recruiting team you will be part of an agile and motivated team. You will have the best opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of our very fast growing company and to develop yourself personally and professionally. Our startup environment offers you the best opportunity to take on immediate responsibility and to acquire expertise in the changing world of work during your studies. Due to the rapid growth, it is important that we build and expand our HR department and therefore you will have the opportunity to get involved strategically from the beginning and experience first-hand how our team grows larger and larger.

What you can expect
- You support and accompany our recruiters in the entire recruiting process and take over first acquaintance meetings and the onboarding
- You contribute ideas and your know-how to the further development and implementation of our recruiting strategy
- You are responsible for various HR-related projects such as researching role profiles and active sourcing
- You want to gain insight into a fast-growing startup and help build and expand our HR department together with us
- You will proactively participate in strategic projects and planning

**Requirements**:

- You are a registered student in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in the field of business administration, psychology or comparable courses of study.
- You are interested in topics related to recruiting and HR and want to improve the world of work
- You are a people person with strong communication skills
- Your are empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- You are an organizational talent and enjoy administrative tasks
- both excellent English skills and great German skills
