Working Student: Digital Process Governance

**Focus on the **future**: You manage and drive the strategic change to a new tool and therewith improve the established process of aligning digital development roadmaps
- **Convince with words**: You perform information and update sessions for various cross-divisional stakeholder and divisional internal user groups
- **Stakeholder management**: You enable different stakeholders individually and service-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind
- **You make the change**:You facilitate workshops, prepare management level presentations and steer alignment sessions
- **Be creative**:You create communication material, process concepts, and prepare data visualizations
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**: You support the team with additional administrative tasks, e.g. creating training materials, first-level support, co-organizing workshops, and drafting presentations
- **Study field**:You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master studies in a business, informatics, media, engineering degree or similar
- **Experience**:You already gained relevant work experience, preferably in process or project management
- **Way of working**: You are self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while working focused delivering a high level of quality
- **Personality**:You have a strong ability to structure complex processes, organizations, and interdependencies while showing entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- **Skill **s: You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint with a good level of visualization skills being a plus
- **Language skills**: You have a good command of English
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
