KG You support our team as **Program Lead CMP Sales (f/m/d)**: **Responsibilities**: - Lead coordination for all Sales-related transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives centered on speed and simplicity - Establish and monitor project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring initiatives are completed successfully and on schedule. - Drive alignment between corporate sales strategy and operational sales teams, translating strategic goals into actionable steps across all relevant departments - Champion transformation initiatives across the organization, fostering awareness and collaboration on objectives, timelines, and anticipated results - Regularly report on initiative progress, providing updates and insights to the VP Complexity Management, CTO, and other executive stakeholders - Identify and implement process optimization opportunities within Sales, ensuring seamless collaboration with Engineering and Production to enhance speed and operational efficiency - Gather and analyze feedback on transformation initiatives, evaluating their impact and recommending adjustments to optimize results and drive continuous improvement **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, transformation management, or a similar role within a sales-driven organization - Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects, ideally within a global engineering or manufacturing setting - Strong project management and coordination abilities, with a track record of successfully driving multiple initiatives to completion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships and driving alignment - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex processes, identify improvement areas, and drive data-informed solutions - Proficient in project management tools and familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
