Atlean World is hiring for an awesome hotel chain head of housekeepers.

About the Role

As our Head of Housekeeping, you'll have the chance to lead a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experiences the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a Housekeeping team, focusing on capacity and quality management.
- Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, upholding Ruby Housekeeping's quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Procure necessary work and consumable materials in collaboration with the central Operations Support team.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor adherence to the Housekeeping budget.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Independently handle minor maintenance and repair tasks or coordinate their execution by external parties.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Munich headquarters.
- Greenery and Decor: Take care of plants, floral arrangements, and seasonal decorations.
- Lost and Found: Manage lost items and arrange for their return to guests.

What We're Looking For

We're excited to hear from you if you:

- Hold a degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in individual or boutique hotels with a touch of luxury.
- Understand the dynamics of working with external service providers.
- Possess strong customer service skills and a background in guest relations.
- Have experience in managing and coordinating minor repairs and possess basic technical skills.
- Are obsessed with cleanliness, order, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate cost-conscious and environmentally responsible practices.
- Are a clear and assertive communicator, adaptable and resilient.
- Are fluent in both German and English.
