Head of Finance

**That’s what it’s about**:

- Manage and oversee the entire finance function and financial reporting process, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports with direct reporting to the Managing Director(s).
- Hire & build the finance team (currently consisting of a small finance & controlling team with an external tax office) as the company scales.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis (of the entire company, broken down in different service & product lines), provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Directors, and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage the operational business from a P&L perspective.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise financial presentations to the Managing Directors (and the Advisory Board), effectively conveying complex financial information and providing valuable insights.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders (including banks), shareholders, tax advisors, auditors, and authorities.

- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, team player and experience in managing, building & developing a finance team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced company environment, hands-on mentality with strategic vision and the ability to proactively initiate and implement value enhancement initiatives.

**This is your background**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a high-growth tech company or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Prior M&A experience is a plus.
