Director of Partnerships

We are looking for our Director of Partnerships. Reporting directly to the company leadership, you will be in charge with the design and execution of a strategy to make partnerships a central channel of Headout’s growth. Through your existing networks and by making new connections, you are also expected to become one of the faces of Headout.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help enhance Headout’s exponential growth through identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level commercial partnerships
- Be our chief partnership strategist, ideating the most creative ways to formulate and negotiate strategic growth partnerships, that have the potential to move the needle and make a real business-critical impact
- Build senior relationships and leverage your existing network for the benefit of the company and your team, being the face and the voice of Headout within industry Forums
- Drive cross-functional success across key stakeholder relationships including product, finance & legal, and local markets teams
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making to evaluate and optimise cross-functional campaigns, developing and sharing learnings
- **️ Requirements**
- Graduate from a Business School - or similar
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Entrepreneurial drive, business acumen, and deal-making abilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Fluent in English - Other languages are a plus
