Associate Director, Brand Partnerships Dach

To further fuel our mission of hypergrowth, we are seeking an aspiring Associate Director (AD) to join our growing Brand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for winning new enterprise-level business within our DACH region, as well as developing best in class brand relationships across the region. A highly experienced and proven new business person that is comfortable delivering a complex proposition to c-suite decision-makers. You will sell within the fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle sectors and be comfortable selling multi-million dollar influencer led campaigns.
Tasks
**Key Areas of Focus**:
- Growth of LTK’s DACH business: Managing a portfolio of LTK DACH’s most important brands, delivering significant growth on that portfolio in line with agreed goals
- Growing your influence within your brand portfolio, becoming a trusted resource for senior marketers to spend their influencer budgets
- Ensure growth across the LTK revenue drivers; collaborations, media products and CPA
- Work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships DACH to maintain excellence within the Brand Partnerships function, as measured by; portfolio growth, facilitating LTK expansion into adjacent markets and budget pools as well as playing a pivotal role in a best in class brand partnerships function
- Effectively develop internal relationships with key stakeholders across product, finance, legal and international brand partnerships functions to the benefit of DACH Brand Partnerships team
**You will be responsible for**:
- Developing the largest targets within specified regions and verticals
- Embrace and elevate the international cross selling process. Maximise the global opportunity for brands today, as well as laying the groundwork for scalable processes as we grow into new markets
- Manage a book of enterprise accounts and plan the strategy and process for developing each
- Upskilling, mentoring and developing junior members of the brand partnerships team
- Identify and define opportunities for improvement within brand partnerships revenue function, ensure sales methodologies and CRM tools use is maximised
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals to generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, expansion approach etc.)
- Develop a yearly plan to manage sales quota and provide detailed and accurate forecasting on a quarterly basis
- Evangelize the LTK offering via face to face meetings with exec level decision-makers, traveling regionally and occasionally globally for in-person meetings and sales pitches
**Requirements**:
- 7 Years + experience selling to Enterprise level clients within the fashion, lifestyle and beauty sectors
- A proven sales record from within digital marketing channels
- Ability to articulate complex solutions at the executive level
- Be problem solver, working through any barriers and remaining focused on the goal
- Extensive, proven, experience of selling to C-level and VP level with an address book to match
- History of overachieving quota (top 10% of your company)
- Understanding of how influencer marketing has evolved with an appetite to shape its future
- Proven ability to create and drive revenue within a specified client list or target category
- Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team members across business functions
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach problem solving
- Hunger to achieve, take ownership, and exceed goals set
- German language skills at native level
