**The Company**:
Electric Flytrain is a young tech company that develops revolutionary (hybrid)-electric powertrains which will power the next generation of sustainable aircraft.
The Electric Flytrain team has decades of experience regarding electric powertrain design from the automotive industry (Tesla, BMW, Siemens,) and leverages this experience to design advanced and safe electric powertrains for the aviation industry. We both develop our own powertrain product and work directly together with aircraft manufacturers for custom solutions.
**The Role**:
Electric Flytrain is looking for an intern to work on Business Development and business process optimisation.
You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in the business development of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the definition of business development strategy
- Analysing and optimising our current business processes
- Defining and executing a marketing strategy
- Defining and executing a social media strategy
- Selecting relevant conferences, preparing and organising conference content
- Supporting customer acquisition activities
**Required Skills and Qualification**:
- Pursuing Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field
- Good insight and experience in business development and finance-related areas such as controlling, accounting or similar
- Structured approach to work and project management experience
- Experience in design and creating presentations
- Confident presentation skills towards customers and partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German and other languages as a plus)
- You like to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing tasks in a great team
