Sales Director

We are are a well funded Startup Headquartered in Israel who are searching for a Talented Sales Director to lead our expansion in the German Market. We have developeda technology-leading counter-drone solution designed to protect urban environments. Our platform automatically detects, tracks, takes over, and safely lands unauthorized commercial drones in a designated zone.
This will be a fully remote role, but will require 50% travel within Germany, Europe and Israel
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Poducts industries, including drones
- Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory.
- Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sale pipeline
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- At least 7 years of experience at HLS/Defense Products Industry - must
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
