We’re looking for a marketing operations lead to join the marketing operations, intelligence and MarTech team. The marketing operations team will take the marketing department to the next stage of maturity, setting us up for success as we scale. As marketing operations lead, you’ll help drive internally focused initiatives, including employee engagement, marketing career paths, learning and development, internal communications, vendor management and annual planning.

You’ll report to the director of marketing operations, intelligence and MarTech and work closely with the marketing leadership team. You’ll also liaise with business leaders across Pipedrive, giving you great exposure to the full range of marketing functions and disciplines.

**Your new adventure**:

- Take ownership of the marketing operations program. This includes shaping internal communications (annual marketing get-togethers, monthly all-hands meetings, messaging from the chief marketing officer), developing a career framework and effective training and development plan for marketers, owning the employee engagement plan and optimizing internal processes.
- Coordinate the annual planning cycle for marketing, ensuring stakeholders complete all meetings and deliverables on time
- Kick off early-stage marketing incubator initiatives by establishing cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a marketing knowledge hub that holds the key information marketers and marketing business partners need to do their jobs well
- Support the CMO in delivering key updates to the wider business and board
- Support the marketing leadership team to ensure smooth delivery of marketing topics and communication (e.g., agenda, notes and weekly meeting action points)

**Does this sound like you?**:

- 5+ years of experience working in a project delivery-focused environment. This could be at a consultancy, agency or in the program office of a business
- Prior experience working in a marketing team is a plus
- A self-starter, you’ll be able to take the initiative and work independently on various tasks
- Well-organized and able to plan and manage initiatives through to completion
- Strong communication skills and able to gain the confidence of peers across the organization
- Good at negotiating and influencing others
- Able to build rapport with a range of internal teams and confidently manage relationships with stakeholders
- An interpersonal style that elicits trust, open-mindedness and cooperation
- Experience with or empathy toward operating in a fast-paced, high-growth and PE-backed environment
