**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Marketing Operations Manager you will utilize your in-depth experience in marketing operations including planning, processes, governance, budget management and vendor management.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will lead the marketing operations team and be responsible for planning activities, processes & governance and budget oversight across the marketing organisation
- You will manage and develop marketing plans in partnership with other areas of the business
- You will act as a lead for processes across the marketing organisation; working closely with stakeholders across the team to define new process and improve existing processes
- You will support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management
- You will work closely with the MarTech organisation to ensure capabilities align to business objectives
- You will be responsible for setting and driving targets and OKRs and ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time
- You will be preparing reports, presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations in order to keep management informed

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Proven track record of building, leading and managing high performing teams
- Experience with vendor management
- Very good understanding of business operations
- Passionate about processes, procedures and analysis with great attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be comfortable presenting plans and final deliverables to stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Experience from a consulting background is preferred
