Our Berlin-based diverse and international team brings together academic excellence and industry experience in robotics and autonomous driving from both Silicon Valley as well as from Europe - including leading automotive OEMs and suppliers such as Bosch, Volkswagen, HERE, and TomTom. Tasks

The role

As a working student in the operations team, you will be involved in a broad set of managerial, administrative and strategic work streams. This includes: a coordinating role in running customer projects with commercial fleets, guiding new customer projects from contracting to customer success, and helping to establish scalable company operations. To this end, you will have the chance to contribute and train your skills in setting up and managing project roll outs, coordinating partner meetings, roadmapping, tracking results and process design.

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration, information management, economics or similar
- Initial work experience from an internship in management consulting, venture funded startup, or technology company
- Enthusiasm for organizational work that requires paying high attention to details
- High degree of initiative and motivation
- High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- Hands-on mentality with a conscientious and structured way of working
- Desire to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Strong team and communication skills
- Fluent language skills in English, German and other European languages a plus
- Solid knowledge of common office software
- You embody a collaborative, team first mindset
