As we scale, we’re looking to hire a Working Student Operations & Office Management (10-15h/week) who will support us on the operational side so our investment team can focus on identifying and partnering with Europe’s most extraordinary founders and build an exceptional VC product and experience for founders.

Tasks

Do you like working with people, are you an organizational talent and enjoy being a host? Then this is the role for you We are not looking for specific previous experience, but believe that the most important qualities for this role are planning skills, reliability, and positive energy. Your tasks will focus on:

- Office management
- Operations and administrative support
- Event support

Salary is 13 € / hour.

**Requirements**:
This role is for students (ideally in the first half of a Bachelor degree) who are looking for a part-time job for a minimum of 12 months. This is a Berlin-based position and fluency in German and English are required. We strongly believe that there isn’t one “right” profile for this role and encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply.
