Right now, we're looking for a Banking Operations Working Student to join our Customer Operations team in Berlin, Germany. If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.

As a Working Student in the Banking Operations Team your main responsibility is to support the Banking Operations team in managing the postal correspondence, ensuring a timely reply to all third party requests.

A typical day could see you:

Digitisation and management of postal correspondence

Document archiving

Supporting in case processing of inquiries in the areas of foreclosure, insolvency administration, and payment transactions received from third parties

Requesting and reviewing documents related to the customer's request

Supporting colleagues in other operational tasks

This is for you if:

You have excellent verbal and written German & English skills

You are structured, detail-oriented, and precise

You are a team player

You are flexible and open for other tasks

Prioritising tasks and promptly addressing any issues comes naturally to you

Logistics:

This position comes with 10 or 15 weekly working hours

Working hours from 12:00 onwards in our office in Berlin Kreuzberg

Your contract is based on the agreed weekly hours
