**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a full-time

**Your mission**:
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Method development in the context of T-cell engineering.
- Generation and analysis of gene transfer vectors and engineered T-cell preparations.
- Planning, execution and evaluation of research projects.
- Technology transfer from external partners and among internal research groups.
- Management of lab operations.

**Your profile**:

- PhD degree in Life Sciences.
- Strong background in immune cell biology and virology.
- A research record demonstrated by publications, patents or presentations in immunology or related areas, most preferably in the context of T-cell biology.
- Expertise on viral/ non-viral gene delivery systems as well as cell culture methods in biosafety level 1 and 2 is required.
- Experience with AAV vector technology is a plus.
- Experience with different T-cell subsets (i.e., ab and gd T-cells) and flow cytometry is a plus.
