**Job Description Summary**: OMLP accelerates development of early career talent and produces operational leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (manufacturing engineering, manufacturing supervision, sourcing, planning and logistics), Quality (internal and suppliers) and EHS at GE.

Rotation business segments include: Power, Wind, and Electrification.

OMLP is a 2-year rotational program consisting of 4 six-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.

There are 3 mandatory rotation types every OMLP will complete:

- Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
- Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
- Technical - (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is intended to develop a pipeline of leaders that deliver business critical results through outstanding performance in multiple supply chain functions. As an OMLP you will have a unique opportunity to develop a broad operational knowledge base and skillset by working in across our supply chain function.

OMLP members are first and foremost problem solvers & change agents.
- All rotational assignments will be in hiring country.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Freshly graduated: no more then 2 years of industry experience

MSc or BSc Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (Supply Chain degrees should have manufacturing or operations experience)

Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate).

Advanced level of German, Intermediate English

Must be open to relocation on program (within the country) and have desire to stay in home country upon graduation from the program.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Problem solver & analytical mindset
- Passion for supply chain & operations excellence
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain (preferred)
- Preference will be given to persons with a major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization, innovation driven, customer focused, lean mindset, team player, and accountable
- A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain
