They are used in power plants to generate electrical energy and in substations to transmit electrical energy. ** Essential Responsibilities**: Operational Management of the Set Completion & Final Inspection Team focusing on EHS, Quality and Productivity; - Contact for our customers and other stakeholders for HGP GSC issues in Relation with the local activities; - Prioritizing and monitoring and accelerating related operations; - Collection and tracking of nonconformance reporting (NCR) related to HGP final control and CT scanning activities. Responsible for implementing the NCR Engineering dispositions as well as initiating the implementation of NCR-related technical arrangements (initiation and organization of rework or inspections); - Responsible for data accuracy and inventory of various storage locations (> € 10M); - Ongoing analysis and optimization of internal processes with regard to quality, costs, output, productivity etc, (lean management); - Production of photos for NCR-related technical planning (Boroscope Inspection); - Create and implement inspection instructions and SAP Production Order Routings; - Qualification, planning and procurement of work equipment and facilities as well as their care and maintenance. **Qualifications / Requirements**: Experience in the production environment, training as a technical tradesman or comparable training in the area of supply chain or operations management advantageous; - Knowledge and skills in the field of controlling; - Experienced in the implementation and optimization of processes including the associated IT systems; - Responsible and structured work with affinity to problem solving; - Excellent analytical skills, organizational talent and high ratio orientation; - Knowledge in the implementation of specifications and technical instructions; - Knowledge of the German language in speaking and writing; - Good written and spoken English knowledge. **Desired Characteristics**: Open, innovative, committed team player who likes to take responsibility; - Dedicated team player with motivation and communication skills; - Motivation, reliability and sense of responsibility towards people and property; - High awareness of occupational safety; - Serious and disciplined way of working; - Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills; - Willingness to flexible working hours **Additional Information**: **Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
