- M&A due diligence project management and compliance support related to investments and growth initiatives
- Training, workshop and awareness raising activities, including preparation of materials
- Assessment of compliance risks including in-house evaluation of high-risk business partners
- Tailoring and/or implementation of compliance initiatives in accordance to needs and best practice, with or without the use of digitalization/digital tools
- Support related to the handling of investigations and audits with regards to business partners and third parties
- Ad-hoc support in delivering practical guidance on concrete compliance matters
- Practical guidance and support in the design, improvement and/or implementation of the compliance program and preventive measures such as risk assessments, training and awareness raising initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant university degree in economics or law
- Some experience in corporate compliance is welcomed
- Experience in legal or energy trading/energy markets is an advantage
- Drive and curiosity to learn about the energy markets and products
- Good cooperation and communication skills to deal with a variety of different stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, Polish language skills are an advantage
