**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
**Global Payroll Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilise Workday to streamline payroll operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional payroll teams to ensure consistency and standardisation in payroll processes across all locations.

**Outsourcing to TMF**:

- Lead the outsourcing initiative to TMF Group for payroll processes, managing the transition and ongoing relationship.
- Collaborate closely with TMF Group to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, addressing any issues that may arise.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Stay abreast of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all payroll-related taxes and statutory reporting.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to leadership on payroll metrics and trends.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and enhance payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and standardisation across the payroll function.
- Lead projects aimed at improving the overall payroll experience for employees and stakeholders.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other business functions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in global payroll management, with a focus on using Workday.
- Proven experience in successfully outsourcing payroll processes to TMF Group or a similar provider.
- In-depth knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
