Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige End-to-End-Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für nationale und internationale Mandanten
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende, Behörden und Steuerberater in allen Payroll-relevanten Themen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personal- und Abrechnungsstammdaten
- Erstellung von Reports, Bescheinigungen und Meldungen
- Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen und beim Aufbau neuer Payroll-Services
Dein Profil
- Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Abrechnungssoftware und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
