Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) On site - Berlin

Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Payroll Specialist , der/die die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unserer Mitarbeitenden professionell und effizient betreut.

Eigenständige Bearbeitung der internen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auszahlung von Gehältern, Boni und Sozialleistungen
Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten, z. B. Systemimplementierungen oder Prozessoptimierungen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Bereich Personalwesen oder Finanzen
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Deutschland
Erfahrung mit DATEV und weiteren HR-/Payroll-Systemen
Deutsch: Muttersprache oder C1-Niveau , Englisch: C1-Niveau mindestens
