In this key leadership role you will be taking over responsibility for a Marketing team of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Therapy Segment. You will be held responsible for the Global Bradycardia field in prioritizing on top markets. Within this role you will be business owner and represent the segment to internal and external audiences.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Leading the CRM Therapy Segment Bradycardia
- Driving product management (such as leadless pacing, CSP, Pacemakers, Leads and pacing accessories) for future therapy with prioritized Business Cases
- Driving development and launch of product pipeline
- Responsible for therapy development and driving prioritized Clinical Evidence for success within the segment
- Taking the lead of brand management activities like driving messaging, launch/congress/campaign packs
- Responsible for business management by driving market execution of Marketing Plan
- Supporting the global CRM strategic Planning Process and documentation
- Supporting the global CRM Marketing Plan process and documentation

**Your Profile**
- University degree in Business/Engineering/Medicine or something similar, preferably with a focus on Marketing
- Several years of professional experience leading Marketing teams, preferably in a MedTech or B2B environment
- Experience in Marketing leadership
- Experiences developing strategic plans, leading followership of that vision and driving change
- Profound knowledge in Medical Device Marketing
- Experiences in Cardiology or in Sales of medical devices would be a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office and other technical tools
- Fluent communication skills in English, good communications skills in German are a plus
