Regulatory ATMP Development - This is _Accelero_
- Accelero Bioanalytics_ is a **_certified GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) test facility_** and operates in compliance with **_ICH_** **_GCP (Good Clinical Practice)_** regulations. _Accelero _biosafety **_S2_** laboratories in Berlin-Adlershof offers services for research areas like Nucleic Acid-based therapeutics and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) like genetically modified virus-based gene therapy vectors. The assay portfolio includes _qPCR,_ _immunogenicity testing, flow cytometry,_ and _ELISA_. We support drug development from **_pre-clinical_** stage to **_clinical development _**for companies all over the world.

We are also a new part of CCR-Group, an integrated Contract Research Organization active in testing for the pharmaceutical, (agro)chemical and biotech industry.

You are the ideal _Accelero_ team member if you..
- Hold a **_master's degree_** or a **_PhD_** in natural science or in a comparable professional field with laboratory experience in a company for **_at least 2_** **_years_**:

- Have a **_strong_** background in the development, optimization, and validation of **_PCR_**-based test methods (including **_RNA/DNA extractions_** as well as performing **_qPCR_** Assays in 96-well or 384-well assay format)
- Are willing to bring your
- _experience_* in **_ELISA_**-based test methods like cytokine quantification or immunogenicity testing into our company
- Can develop test methods by yourself, you don’t hesitate to process biological materials of any kind and work hand in hand with the lab technicians
- Have German language skills beginning **_at leas_**t on the **_C1_** level (Upper Intermediate)
- Prepare study plans, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and study reports (in both **_German_** and **_English_**)
- Enjoy direct communication with _Accelero's_ international customers, and the service-oriented support of customer projects including their documentation (in English)
- Have an attentive and very **_accurate way of working_** with strong focus on client milestones
- Practical experience in cell culture assays is of advantage
- Actively want to participate in _Accelero´s_ team activities, show contribution to the company´s business model and initiate new ideas at all levels
- Have expierence in a **_GLP_** test facility is of advantage (but not a must)
