Freelance Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Proclinical have partnered with a globally-established Biotech who are recruiting for a Associate Director of Clinical Operations on a Freelance basis. They have had several successful product launches over last few years and are presently running multiple phase III-IV within highly multifaceted therapy area.
You will be responsible for leading several pivotal studies on a global/regional level whilst also leading a team of CTMs. Trials are in-sourced meaning that communications with sites will be frequent. This role includes regional travel across the DACH region (up to 30%).
This is a great opportunity to move into a senior position with the opportunity to work at program level. This is a full-time, full-remote, 6 to 12 month rolling contract based in Germany.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- At least 8+ years of experience in a clinical study management role within a Pharma or Biotech organisation.
- Experience in Rare Diseases is a bonus.
- Extensive vendor management experience.
- A CRA background and experience in co-monitoring would be ideal.
- Prior involvement in highly multifaceted therapy areas would be preferable.
- Exhibited multitasking, project management and implementation abilities.
- Interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, influencing and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- An organised individual who is efficient, punctual and collaborative within a team setting.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
