This platform will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field. The first building block will be the 2025 Life Summit conference. To support the venture creation we're looking for a Co-Founder / CXO. Significant annual budget, investor network and support from us. The goal is for you to take on larger and larger responsibilities. Aufgaben - Take on a wide() range of responsibilities - Set up processes, interview and hire team members, help build the webpage and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, etc., etc - Help run the day-to-day with the leadership - Jump in and help out if needed - Work directly with the other founders and leadership team - Your job is "to make it work" Qualifikation - Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics - Experience with digital business and/or startups - Proven organizational and managerial skills - Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English - German language skills are a plus - High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges - You display a proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur - Attentive to detail - Grit **Benefits**: - Competitive Base Salary - High bonus if company are successful - Significant shares package - Additional shares if you run the company for longer
