Tasks
As Co-Founder / Managing Director (M/F/x) you setup and scale a D2C brand in our Berlin offices.
**You will**:
- Plan & execute the business strategy of a DC2 brand according to our successful playbook
- Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
- Hire a cross-functional team
- Oversee the product development
- Drive our social media and influencer strategy
- Work closely together with our C-Level and investors
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
- Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university
- Proven leadership skills
- Hands-on and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Fluency in English and German
- Availabililty to start within the next 3 months
