The Senior Technologist is responsible for strengthening our EMEA PLM & KM Team by running product performance assessment workstreams for PLM projects as well as capturing and sharing the product learnings and performance characteristics.

This role will closely collaborate with cross functional stakeholders

Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Assessment - Application, analytical and knowledge-based evaluation of products to drive Product Line Management (PLM) project work such as sourcing changes, product and process optimization projects and concession work- Knowledge Management - As technical expert in product characterization manage the PBP and SSRS product library to collect and share product learning of Ingredion and competitor portfolio- G2M support - support business simplification processes and establish continuous feedback loops with the technical community to further strengthen x-functional collaboration and transparent communication.- Documentation - Lead the PLM product documentation maintenance workstream for PBP & SSRS- Curious, creative, and agile with a food-loving mindset

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food ingredient industry.
- Excellent team-player with sound experience in working efficiently in cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in time and project management and using LSS-principles/methods to drive efficiency and process improvements
- Good interpersonal & communication skills - effective networker inside the organization
- Enthusiasm and creativity and ability to effectively organise, prioritise and execute Fluent in English (verbal & writing)
