Ingredion is looking for a dedicated and motivated Technical Service Technologist for the Bakery division

The Senior Technical Service Technologist reports to the Manager, Technical Service Central and Eastern Europe

**What you will do**:

- Serve as the primary technical contact for key bakery accounts, leading
projects that drive innovation and business growth.
- Diagnose formulation and process challenges, recommending tailored solutions that optimize performance and product quality.
- Organize and host customer visits, workshops, and pilot trials at Ingredion Idea Labs.
- Document project work, communicate results internally and externally, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Leverage global Ingredion expertise to solve local technical challenges and participate in cross-functional innovation teams.

**What you will bring**:

- A degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of lab and pilot-scale equipment and food formulation techniques
- Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written)
