Head of Culinary Product

As Head of Product, you drive the product vision, formulate the product strategy and oversee all product delivery efforts. This includes our culinary and digital products. You will be at the forefront of building the leading international D2C brand for feel-good convenience food.

As our head of product, you will work in a cross-functional team in close coordination with the founders. You will be responsible for delivering results directly linked to our product: growth, retention, as well as increased profitability. We’re looking for ambitious, highly motivated and bold individuals who are willing to take Every. to the next level.

We believe, you'll be successful if...
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant product experience
- You are a self-starter and are not afraid of taking the initiative. You love fast-paced environments and strive under uncertainty and have a proven track record of solving extraordinarily hard problems
- You are experienced in the DTC space, DTC FMCG is a plus
- You love food and are passionate about food creation
- You have a bulletproof business sense
- You have experience in leading teams
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a high affinity to numbers
- You have experience working in cross-functional teams and structuring them to work efficiently (e.g. agile working etc)

**Responsibilities**:

- You own and shape the vision for the Every. (and it's offering) of the future
- You develop our product strategy and lay out a clear path to success for the product team
- You manage the execution of bold ideas and develop scalable processes to move quickly
- You oversee culinary product development and product management
- You own all food supply chain related challenges to ensure products can run smoothly
- You own and develop our customer insights and build a truly customer-centric product approach
- You are a key leader in the executive team and set new standards for product management
- You develop state-of-the-art product routines
- You build and develop our cross-functional teams and are a key enabler in our scale-up phase
