Culinary Strategy Team Lead

**The role**:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product operations / project team lead or consultant with a passion for driving product improvement across multiple markets. Working in our brand new office in Berlin and reporting directly to the Senior Director of International Product Operations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Reviewing Culinary performance and the core product KPIs. Understanding performance drivers through data analysis, working with Product and Culinary teams to ensure the markets have access to correct information, and analyses, to drive key product development decisions. Leading the Culinary & Ingredient team in the formulation and operationalization of a Culinary, Sensory and Ingredient Management Strategy, to improve the quality and market fit of the HelloFresh product.

Collaborating and building strong relationships with/between international and local teams from 8 different markets, advising how to develop their core offering through product management and continuous improvement projects.Working on our Culinary & Ingredients strategy, defining OKRs and leading their operationalization quarter by quarter. By developing business cases to improve our physical product, you will initiate and drive process harmonization at international level.

Being an ambassador of HelloFresh product quality and customer centricity, leveraging sensory data to make informed Culinary and Ingredient Management decisions.
- Developing project plans and engaging team members across multiple markets and departments (Tech, Procurement) to achieve these improvement opportunities in an ambitious timeline.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Master’s degree from top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, or related fields
- 7+ years minimum experience in a product related field; the passion for food or experience within Food / FMCG industry is a big plus
- Highly numerate and commercially minded, able to build business cases objectively and rigorously
- An organized and clear communicator with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- At home in a fast-paced, demanding, and data-driven environment
- A proven innovator with a can-do attitude and a track record of turning ideas into reality
- Passionate project coordinator, enjoying the people management side of work and coaching team members to achieve their personal development goals
