**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Build your team of safety experts - and bring in your vision and know how
- Be a role model for your employees and lead them through your excellent knowledge about functional safety
- Enrich our cybersecurity projects with your functional safety team to take customer projects to the next level
- Develop strategies for the implementation and integration of functional safety concepts according to ISO 26262 on organizational and project level
- Analyze system architecture, hardware and embedded software for weaknesses regarding functional safety requirements with methods like HARA, FTA or FMEA
- Become familiar with automotive cybersecurity and the ISO/SAE 21434 step by step
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent qualification
- Min. 5 years of working experience in the automotive industries
- Expert knowledge in handling the ISO 26262 and ISO/PAS 21448 (SOTIF) from several projects, including experience in safety management and engineering
- Very good project management and team leadership skills
- Good moderation and communication skills
- First experience in leading a team
- Business fluent in English is mandatory, German is an advantage
