**About us**:
The unit Technical Services provides services including Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Workshops and Analytics to the Business Units, Production Sites and R&D in all regions. The Technial Service team is driven by a strong service orientation as well as expertise and know-how and therefore ensures and increases competitiveness of SCHOTT's technical units across the portfolio.

We are seeking a **globally minded leader** with entrepreneurial spirit for this unit,** reporting directly to the Management Board**. The position will be based in our headquarters in **Mainz**.

**Your Contribution**:

- Development and definition of the future service portfolio and related know-how competence centers
- Definition of a performance management system incl KPI monitoring and capacity management
- Continuous improvement of service culture and competitiveness of the unit
- Identification of service synergies with other services units in Mainz and beyond
- Development of transparent and cooperative performance relationships to Business Units, Sites and R&D
- Strategy organizational development including change management and communication
- Development of technical talents within and beyond the unit and for SCHOTT

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Engineering or technical related field, ideally in combination with MBA
- At least 8 years of experience in a comparable management position
- Entrepreneurial personality with strong service mindset
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead teams and successfully manage change processes
- Expertise in analyzing and adapting organizational structures, skills and capacities as well as in change management and communication
- Proactive approach to challenges and the ability to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions
- Experience in managing and implementing complex projects
