We are looking for a Head of Controlling (M/F/d) to lead our existing controlling team into the future. Do you have leadership skills, group and consolidation experience and do you want to rethink reporting? Then you will find not only a committed team, but also a real design task.

**Your focus**: team leadership, consolidation, sales controlling, reporting excellence - and the transformation towards real-time reporting and AI-supported scenario analysis.

**Here’s what your workflow looks like**:

- You lead your team with clear goals, regular check-ins and plenty of room for personal responsibility
- You will actively drive the further development of controlling systems and processes
- Your reports and analyses are the basis for business decisions - from day-to-day business to strategic planning
- You are in close coordination with the management - as a numbers professional and source of inspiration

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leadership and development of an 8-person controlling team - with clarity, trust and a view to the future.
- You will be responsible for group consolidation, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as forecasts and scenario analyses.
- You will establish future-oriented reporting - real-time data, dashboards, automation.
- You will expand our sales controlling - KPIs, customer profitability, sales analyses.
- You will actively support digitalization and AI transformation in controlling - and bring in new tools and ways of thinking.
- You will be a sparring partner for the management and work closely with sales, volume flow and IT.

**Your qualifications**:

- Experience in leading a controlling team
- Sound knowledge of consolidation, group structures in medium-sized companies and sales controlling
- Structure, communication skills and a desire for responsibility
- Fluent in English and German
- Concrete tool knowledge - we focus on openness and willingness to learn
- Industry knowledge in the environmental/consulting/trade sector is an advantage
