**Personal Assistant to Vice President CHC Germany (w/m/d)**
- Bad Vilbel | Deutschland (DE) | Vollzeit | Unbefristet**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aktive Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers im administrativen und organisatorischen Bereich
- Klassische Sekretariatsaufgaben, Planung, Koordination und Buchung von weltweiten Dienstreisen inklusive Visabeschaffung, Zusammenstellung der Reiseunterlagen und Reisekostenabrechnung
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Protokollen in englischer und deutscher Sprache
- Konzeption und Organisation von Meetings
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen und internationaler Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projekten
- Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen und Geschäftspartnern
- Eigenständige Führung des Kalenders

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Executive Assistenzbereich in einem internationalen Konzern
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Event
- und Projektmanagement
- Effiziente, präzise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hoher Grad an Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Große Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
- Loyalität und absolute Diskretion
- Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oiutlook)
- Exzellente Englisch
