Then apply now as: As part of the international marketing team, you will drive our rapidly growing Consumer Health business by supporting affiliates to grow our local hero brands in the derma category with winning marketing assets, competitive line extensions and synergetic high-impact initiatives. You will report into an experienced Senior Category Manager. What you can expect You will shape the development and implementation of international brand strategies for international CHC skin- and scalp-care brands You will support the local markets in implementing developed marketing strategies and new product launches You will conduct market data, competitor, and trend analyses You will collaborate closely with markets, external agencies, and internal stakeholders such as product development and portfolio management You will work in a dynamic and agile team delivering results in a complex environment Who we are looking for You hold a degree in business studies/economics, ideally with a focus on marketing You bring at least 2-3 years of professional experience within marketing, ideally in the derma category withing FMCG or CHC companies You have proven experience in working with multiple countries and different markets You can demonstrate strong capabilities in digital marketing You bring project management skills in fast-changing environments, always seeking for creative solutions You have solid knowledge of the regulatory framework for over-the-counter medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and dietary supplements You have strong communication and presentation skills and are fluent in English (spoken and written) What we offer An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development Individual development and training opportunities Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike Childcare allowance Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) Numerous additional benefits such as group accident insurance or supplementary pension scheme Subsidized cafeteria We look forward to receiving your application via our career portal.
