**Personal Assistant to Executive Vice President, Global Specialty (f/m/d)**

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent

**Your tasks**:

- Active support of the Executive Vice President, Global Specialty (member of the Senior Executive Committee) in the administrative and organizational area
- Preparation of presentations and minutes in English and German
- Conception and organization of meetings
- Processing inquiries and international correspondence in German and English
- Taking responsibility for projects
- welcoming and support of guests and business partners
- Independent management of the calendar
- Occasionally supporting the Global Specialty VP’s

**Your qualification**:

- Prior experience as Executive Assistant to C-suite or senior management of large organizations (pharmaceutical/healthcare or financial service/investment industries preferred)
- Proficiency in both, German and English
- Proactive attitude towards managing schedules/itinerary/daily agenda based on learning of business priorities and needs of executive in charge
- Ability to interact in highest professional manner with senior stakeholders and their assistants throughout the organization
- High degree of flexibility and service orientation
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
