Principal Recruiter, Executive Search

We are looking for a **Principal Recruiter, Executive Search (f/m/d) **to join our Central Talent Acquisition Team at our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin**.**

The Global Executive Search team hires the best global leadership talent for the highest levels of leadership for our HQ and brands globally. The team is research focussed, with high level attention to market mapping and attention to detail and our recruiters have strong business acumen and excellent consultative skills.

The Principal Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different executive searches for a number of departments and regions. S/he will work with our C level stakeholders and researchers to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.

**Your main dish**:

- Lead client update meetings on active searches, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers
- Train leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities, to understand the nuances at executive level
- Assessing talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values and Leadership Principles
- Owning various global succession planning initiatives
- Working with team members on a wide range of projects to continuously uplevel the Global Executive team

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- To be successful in this role you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as research and business acumen.
- You'll be highly inquisitive and an amazing communicator.
- You have several years of executive search recruiting experience (search firm/ in-house both considered) covering a range of different departments and regions
- You'll have several years experience advising and influencing executive leadership
- You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels
- You use data and research to inform your discussions and decisions
- You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English (German is not required)
