Principal, Executive Search Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a **Principal, Executive Search Sourcer (f/m/d)** to join the Executive Search Team team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You are responsible for supporting the Executive Search team with sourcing hard to fill roles across the global organization
- You develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and future needs of the business
- You conduct research and create a search strategy based on mappng the respective region's talent landscape as well as the target companies therein
- You develop strong relationships and collaborations with our communications and employer branding teams to ensure we are attracting the best leadership talent
- You keep abreast of the latest internal company strategy and developments
- You will consult both recruiters and hiring managers on market related topics and provide status on pipelines & diversity
- You use use data to support your discussions with Recruiters and Executive Stakeholders

**Your heroic skills**:

- To be successful in this role you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as research and business acumen.
- You have several years of executive search talent sourcing experience (search firm/ in-house both considered) covering a range of different departments and regions
- You'll have several years experience advising executive leadership
- You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels and have strong research and research presentation skills
- You use data and research to inform your discussions and decisions
- You'll be highly inquisitive and a good communicator r in English (German is not required)
