We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our Executive Search team (X).

**ACELR8 X** is the Executive Search team within ACELR8. We shape leadership through community by finding the best senior leaders in the world of startups, scaleups and big tech. We customise our approach for individual businesses, combining agency responsiveness and inhouse quality with leadership expertise.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
Working closely with experienced Team Leads, you will help drive executive search projects that facilitate senior level moves within the Berlin and London technology ecosystems.
The role of the X Talent Partner can be split into 4 key areas:
**1. Project Management**
You will be expected to help drive the success of client projects, demonstrating expert client relationship management skills, monitoring the hiring process at each stage and taking an iterative approach to improving it with through regular feedback. You will:
- Take full ownership of our relationships with our client founders and leaders
- Create project plans, dashboards, roadmaps and KPIs for each search
- Coordinate cross-functionally across the client team and ours
- Integrate smoothly into the client's leadership team and with hiring managers
**2. Community and network**
- Relationship-building: you will become an expert at capturing attention and adding value, not only for a specific role/job necessarily but in a manner that is personalised and has longevity
- Community creation: working together with our Marketing lead you will help grow our Female Leadership Community as a really high-value safe space for our members
**3. Market Intelligence**
Via reading, research and talking to the market, you will be expected to know the startup/scaleup scene and be aware of relevant developments. You'll have an ear-to-the-ground at all times and a sleuth-like instinct for change and disruption in terms of:
- new industry developments in tech and associated verticals
- companies hiring/downscaling/changing shape
- companies receiving funding (and the VC world)
- opportunities opening/ roles open
**4. Team and process**
X Talent Partners are incredible team players. We grow and help each other grow, through self-reflection, knowledge-sharing and constructive feedback. Our work as part of X requires particularly close collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining data and processes, taking a data-driven approach to optimising the hiring process and team collaboration. You will own all the team's back-end documentation, CRM and ATS maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- At A8 X we look for organised empaths who are passionate about working at a senior level and gaining leadership expertise
- We ideally look for 4-5 years experience in recruitment (with min. 1 year experience in Executive Search), search or a related field, however, a deep-level of curiosity, ambition and exceptional communication skills are needed to succeed
- You have a thirst for knowledge and strong desire to understand the markets in which we operate, and will use that drive to source the fuel that will drive the team's success
- You love documentation and consider yourself an organiser, you take pride in finding solutions to problems and are always finding innovative ways of improving processes and tools
- Finally you will be a fan of agile ways of working and able to enjoy the pace of working in a dynamic startup environment as part of a high growth business
