Delivery Hero is looking for a Principal Recruiter, Europe (f/m/d) to join the People Team of our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
This role will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different Directors and Sr. Directors searches for a number of departments and countries. S/he will work with our C level stakeholders to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.
**Your mission**:
- Lead client update meetings on active searches, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers
- Train leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities, to understand the nuances at executive level
- Assessing talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values and Leadership Principles
- Owning various regional succession planning initiatives
**Your heroic skills**:
- You have 8+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on Europe (Nordics and CEE specific)
- To be successful in this role you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as research and business acumen.
- You'll be highly inquisitive and an amazing communicator.
- You have executive search recruiting experience (search firm/ in-house both considered) covering a range of different departments and functions
- You'll have several years experience advising and influencing executive leadership
- You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels
- You use data and research to inform your discussions and decisions
- You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English (German is not required).
