**About This Role**:
We're looking for a Working Student in Employer Branding to join our Talent Attraction & Engagement team in Berlin. Your work will help us shape how people discover, experience, and connect with our culture. You'll support initiatives that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice, from content creation and referral campaigns to onboarding and event support.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across employer branding, HR communications, and recruitment marketing, while learning how to bring a company's EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to life through data, creativity, and collaboration.
**Work Hours : 20 hours/ week, flexible schedule**

**Your impact**:
In this role, you will:
- Support employer branding campaigns : Coordinate creative role promotions and help execute LinkedIn and internal campaigns.
- Contribute to our referral and onboarding programs : Keep data up to date, share ideas to improve the experience, and ensure smooth communication.
- Research and benchmark employer branding best practices, tools, and trends across markets.
- Help craft engaging internal content : Collect stories, visuals, and employee highlights for screensavers and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with our university and internship outreach, identifying relevant fairs or partnerships to strengthen our early talent presence.
- Track and monitor job posting performance to ensure visibility and brand consistency.
**Your Profile**:
We don't expect you to have all the answers; what matters is your curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to learn.
Here's what will help you succeed:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or Psychology.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and a creative mindset.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, or any content management tools (we'll teach you the rest).
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others in fast-paced, international projects.
