As our **Employer Branding Intern (f/m/d)** you will be responsible for bringing the right people together - either through the choice of platform, the right event-setup or campaigning. Your passion for Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and communications, is outstanding and results in producing internal and external projects as a strategic tool for talent attraction, acquisition and engagement.

**In this role you will**:

- Support the Head of Internal Comms, CSR and Employee Engagement on a mission to design, create an engaging and excitement driven employee programs and communications, and employer branding activities to position wefox as an employer of choice.
- Assist in implementing an Employer Branding and CSR strategy.
- Support the development and communication of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Help conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to enhance engagement.
- Create and distribute internal communications materials.
- Support in creation of engaging content for social media, website, and internal communications.
- Assist in planning and organising employer branding events.
- Monitor online platforms to track the organisation's employer brand reputation.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.
- Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

**What you bring**:

- Enrolled student in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Passionate about engaging with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Open personality, good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational skills and solution-oriented way of working as well as team orientation and enthusiastic nature.
- First practical experience in the field of human resources, employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
- Deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Fluency in English and German.
