**Customer Service and Operations Mitarbeiter** (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.**

**Aufgaben / Anforderungen**:
Nach einer ein
- bis zweiwöchigen Einarbeitungszeit sind Sie für die folgenden Hauptaufgaben verantwortlich:

- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Lieferanten
- und Kundenanfragen;
- Befolgung der betrieblichen Systeme und Prozesse des Unternehmens;
- Aktualisierung der Datenbank mit neuen Projekten und Informationen;
- Einholen von Anfragen für Dienstleistungen
- Unterstützung von Flugzeugmaklern bei der Ausarbeitung von Untercharterverträgen, um den Bedürfnissen der Fluggesellschaften gerecht zu werden (falls erforderlich und gewünscht)
- Koordinieren von Projekten bis zum Abschluss;
- Aufrechterhaltung guter professioneller Beziehungen zu Kunden, Anbietern und Kollegen;
- Anfordern und Überprüfen von Flugplänen und Live-Flugverfolgung.
- Beaufsichtigung aller Aspekte der Bodenprozesse vor/bei der Ankunft (Vorfeldabfertigung/Frachtabfertigung).
- Sicherstellen, dass alle ausstehenden Anfragen täglich weiterverfolgt werden;
- Genehmigung von Rechnungen für alle von der Betriebsabteilung in Anspruch genommenen Dienstleistungen und Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen;
- Sicherstellung einer möglichst effektiven (Kosten-)Planung;
**Ihr Profil**

Sie haben bereits drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service / Operations bei einer Fluggesellschaft oder einem General Sales Agent gesammelt und interessieren sich für die Zusammenhänge des gesamten Frachtcharterbetriebs.

Sie sind kommunikationsstark und zeichnen sich durch eine organisierte, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit.

Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), so dass Sie mit Kollegen aus aller Welt zusammenarbeiten können.
