**Driver Operations/Customer Service Executive - Part time (20 hours/week)**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Achieve constant growth of our driver base.
- Develop and implement best practice supply operations across regions.
- Account management and networking within the mobility industry.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end working with teams throughout the organisation.
- Increase our presence in new cities - This will require about 20% travel.
- Front desk support - You'll need to stay connected to our driver base
**Your profile**:
- Ideally some initial experience in a similar role (Operations, Project Management, Customer Service or Account Management)
- Fluent German skills (C1 level or higher) and good English skills (at least B2 level)
- Comfortable working with and analyzing data sets (G-Sheets, Tableau)
- Good Communication skills (internally and externally)
- Experience in project and stakeholder management is a big plus
